A message from the owner:

"Over the years I have traveled by air a great many miles. Most of the time, I have good flights. However, sometimes, my flights are a little bumpy. That's sorta like the car wash business. Times can be as smooth as silk, and other times, things can be on the rough side. Recently, on one of my flights, the captain flew several hundred miles away from the flight path to avoid a storm. Hopefully, you can relate to that flight by maybe anticipating the bad weather, or listening to our equipment for a noise that does not belong in the tunnel. But on those rough days, we have an opportunity to be a 'real captain,' and being a real captain is 'general' in reference. Everyone is the 'real captain' of their ship, plane, or their self. Everyone has heard the old adage, 'When things get rough the rough get going.' We as individuals must train ourselves to handle adversity. Believe it or not, that's the moment in time when we can step up and make a difference. So here's the conclusion of the matter: a team working together in a smooth or rough spot makes for a smooth and enjoyable work environment. Thank you for all you do!"
